Hi! I’m Billy,
I’m the coach behind FULG FIT—and before anything else, I’m a dad of two who understands how hard it is to take care of yourself when life is full.
Like most of my clients, I’ve lived the cycle of going all-in, burning out, falling off, and starting over. I’ve seen how extreme programs, unrealistic expectations, and “all or nothing” thinking can make fitness feel like one more thing you’re failing at. That’s exactly why I built FULG FIT differently.
My coaching is designed for busy moms and dads who want to feel strong, confident, and capable again—without sacrificing their family, career, or sanity. No extremes. No burnout. No starting over every few months.
